Welcome to the Arlington Heights Youth Athletic Association (AHYAA) website. AHYAA offers baseball, softball, football and cheerleading to the youth of Arlington Heights, IL. Sign up dates, online registration, travel programs and general information about youth baseball, softball, team pages, scores, standings and schedules are available.

For information on Baseball, Softball, Football or Cheer, Click the tab located across the top. Clicking the tabs located across the top will also display additional info on the left side tabs. During the season you may locate youir team's page by clicking  the Teams tab at the top and select your team.

We are an all-volunteer, not-for-profit organization offering Baseball, Softball, Football and Cheerleading programs for the kids of Arlington Heights.

Our commitment is to provide the best possible experience for the kids involved in all of these programs. There is a strong emphasis placed on Sportsmanship, Fair Play and Character building while continually teaching the kids how to play each game from early ages through High School.

At the younger ages, our leagues take a developmental approach to teaching the fundamentals of each game while having an enjoyable experience. The goal is to have each participant have fun learning the various aspects of the game while growing from the increasing competition at each age level. We try to have a unique and positive experience for all participants, from beginner to the more highly skilled and competitive. This is all accomplished through our army of committed volunteers in all of the Sports.

This is the first year we are doing this fundraiser for the organization.  This is a great opportunity for everyone to get a chance to go to a ballgame with their families and friends to watch the Sox take on the New York Yankees.

All families can participate in the pre-game parade walking around the field and seeing the field up close and personal.

Q: How do I update my account or family member's account?

A: As a member, first log in to the site.  You'll see an option at the bottom of the vertical menu, 'Edit My Account.'  Click that, and you can add family members.  If you click on a member name here, you'll be able to update member contact information.

Q: How do I find the mobile application for smart phones?

A: Go to the App Store and download the League Athletics Mobile app:

With essential functionality such as Event Scheduling, Facility Management, Messaging, and Roster Management, LeagueAthletics Mobile makes it easy to manage any sports team or league.

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: To reset your password, go to the homepage of your website and click the Sign In link in the top right corner of the page. Next, click the "Forgot Password" option in the resulting drop down. Enter your email address on the next page and submit this to receive a password reset link via email. Once you receive the email, click the link in the email. Enter a new password in the form and submit to save. You can now return to the website and login with your email address and the password you have just set.

Q: How do I add another email address to my account?

A:Go to Edit My Account Info. When entering parents', you might enter a home address for one parent and a work address for the other. That way, messages and notices will be sent to each. Just separate each address with a comma, for example,,

Q: How do I turn on/off email notifications? or text messages for my account?

A: Go to Edit My Account Info. In your account check the No Email option to turn off email notifications and you will not be included in any Email Broadcasts sent from the site.

Q: How do I turn on/off text messages?

A: Go to Edit My Account Info. Enter the Provider:The dropdown to the right of the cell phone field can be used to specify your cell phone carrier. After you make this selection, all broadcast email messages, including schedule change notices sent from the site will also be sent to your cell phone as text messages. So now if an event is canceled while you're on the road, you'll know about it right away.

Q: How do I create a combined schedule for my children players on different teams?

A: On your team page, go to MultiSchedule to select combine multiple schedules

Q: Where is a list of fields and locations?

A: Use the Fields tab located on the home page left menu to locate the list of fields. Clicking on the field name will provide address and map.

Q: How do I subscribe to my player's team calendar feed?

A: Within, you have the ability to sync teams' schedules with your calendaring program, such as iCal, Outlook, and Google Calendar. The steps below show you how to do this.

1. Navigate to a team's Schedule page within the website, from the Teams tab located in the horizontal navigation.

2. Once on the Schedule page, click Options in the top right corner of the page and then click "Calendar Feed".

3. Finally, in the modal that opens up, click on the calendaring program you use. This will open the feed address in your calendaring program. You can also right click on the icon, copy the link and paste it into the calendaring application of your choice.
